Kendriya Vidyalaya Nalgonda is run by KVS which is an autonomous body constituted under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, And it has a common course of study and curriculum. Kendriya Vidyalaya Nalgonda has a fourfold mission. Common textbooks and bilingual medium of instruction for all Kendriya Vidyalayas. All Kendriya Vidyalayas are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. All Kendriya Vidyalayas are co-educational, comprehensive schools. Sanskrit is taught in classes VI – VIII. The quality of teaching is kept high by proper teacher-student ratio. No tuition fees for boys up to class VIII, girls up to class XII and children of SC/ST students and KVS employees.
